care
Each name is made entirely to order. Once printed, every letter is individually hand sanded, hand spray painted and hand sealed with a gloss coat — meaning slight variations in finish, texture or colour may occur. These small imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process and are part of what makes each set truly one of a kind. Please note the gloss finish may attract residue during packaging and transit. Upon receiving your letters we recommend giving them a gentle wipe with a microfibre cloth to reveal that perfect shine. If you have any concerns about your order please don't hesitate to reach out.
Shipping
Every order is handcrafted with care — please allow 10-14 business days before dispatch. We never rush the process so your letters arrive looking perfect and drying times have been extended during the cooler months.
For orders shipping to the United States, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
For all other international orders (including the UK, EU, and New Zealand), the price at checkout covers your order and postage only. Depending on your country's import regulations, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if you'd like to know what to expect. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, a reshipping fee will apply or the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
